Katerina Goutziouli is a curator and researcher based in Athens. She has curated artistic exhibitions with an emphasis on digital arts and has collaborated with cultural and academic institutions both in Greece and abroad, such as the Athens School of Fine Arts, the Goethe-InstitutAthen and ACM Siggraph. She was a member of the editorial team of the curating.info platform for contemporary art curating issues, while her articles have been included in books, independent publications and websites. In 2015 and 2016, she was the program director of the Athens Digital Arts Festival (Public Space, 2015 & Digital Pop, 2016). Since 2016, she has worked as a field researcher and curator with Synata, the interconnection platform for active citizens of the municipality of Athens. She is a cultural advisor to the European ROCK project, a project that is related to the regeneration of urban spaces through culture and cultural heritage.
